HartaFarmacii is an informational resource. We are not doctors or pharmacists, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For questions about medication, dosing, interactions, or side effects, please contact your pharmacist or treating physician.

In medical emergencies — acute chest pain, severe shortness of breath, bleeding, loss of consciousness, suspected stroke or heart attack — call 112 immediately, or go to the nearest emergency department.

For non-urgent advice, schedule an appointment with your family doctor.

For pharmacies and chains

If you own a pharmacy or represent a chain, here is how to work with us:

  • Report an error — wrong pharmacy, incorrect schedule, wrong chain, invalid phone: write to contact@hartafarmacii.ro with the exact link and the proposed fix. We verify and apply within 7 days.
  • Logo takedown — chain logos are used in descriptive fair-use (product/brand identification) on editorial pages only. If you want yours removed, email us — we remove within 48h.
  • Data takedown — we can remove a pharmacy from the index on written request from the operator, no further questions asked. Processed within 48h.
  • Direct integration? We accept JSON / CSV / XML feeds with fresh data (locations, hours, prices) — discuss the format by email.

Public data we publish per pharmacy: name, address, city, county, latitude, longitude, chain (when deducible), opening hours (when publicly available), phone (when publicly available). No data about employees, sales, or stock.

For press

For interviews, quotes, fresh statistics (pharmacy count, county coverage, price evolution) or articles where you want to feature HartaFarmacii, write to contact@hartafarmacii.ro with „Press" in the subject. We respond within 24-48h for urgent requests.

Ready-to-use materials (SVG/PNG logo, screenshots, short project descriptions) are provided on request.

For developers

Public GeoJSON endpoint with the indexed pharmacies at /api/pharmacies.geojson, filterable on ?chain=&county=&city=, rate limit 60 req/min. Required attribution: „Data from hartafarmacii.ro (OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL)". For custom integrations, email us.

Response time: on average 24-48h for urgent matters (takedown, critical fixes), max 7 working days otherwise. We ignore spam, aggressive messages, and generic marketing outreach.
