• CANAMED references — the legal maximum retail price for Rx medicines.

02 Data sources

• Pharmacy locations: OpenStreetMap under ODbL, supplemented by the chains' public store-locators.
• Prices: public pharmacy online-shop websites (JSON-LD schema.org/Product).
• Rx references: CANAMED, Ministry of Health.

We respect robots.txt and use an honest User-Agent HartaFarmaciiBot/1.0 (+https://hartafarmacii.ro/bot) with polite delay between requests.

03 Price disclaimer

Displayed prices are indicative, collected automatically from the public sources of each chain. Real price and stock may vary — always verify directly with the selected pharmacy before purchasing.

We are not affiliated with any chain and we do not sell medicines. HartaFarmacii does not replace the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

04 GDPR & privacy

We do not collect personally identifiable information. Your browser may store local preferences (e.g. map filters) in localStorage — those never leave your device.

We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 for aggregated statistics, only after your consent via the cookie banner. Your location is not sent to the server — it is used only in the browser to compute nearby pharmacies.
